Awesome continental breakfast with hot food options

The continental breakfast had variety of delicacies and was savoury. We stayed in a twin room which was soundproof and new-fashioned.

The location is good as it is just a few meters from Plaza España (with multiple bus, metro and airport connections), and also about a ten minute walk from the Sants railway station. The rooms are modern and bright (natural light, large windows; night lighting requires improvement, not enough). Very efficient, fast and friendly check in and check out processes. Large and very comfortable bed. The frigobar is very useful and is supplied with varied drinks. Good amount of options to connect electronic chargers. Good WIFI.

The operation and cleaning of the elevators requires much improvement (the two elevators are very slow to open and close the doors, and are not cleaned often enough, as they were always dirty, in both stays of four days each). The training/attitude of the cleaning lady can be improved, there were more than one occasion when they entered the room without knocking on the door beforehand; also on one occasion when the room had not yet been cleaned around 5 pm, the employee had a very unpositive attitude.

Modern place with high-quality rooms. Super friendly staff. - Good setting near a stadium and bars. - Liked the vibrant area. - Very comfy beds, a balcony, and a writing table in the room. - Savory continental breakfast at 7:30. - Quick check-in and superb service. - Reasonably priced restaurant with parking nearby.

Disgusting breakfasts

I had a real good experience here, everything was very good, the location was the best just off 5-10 minutes from Sants Estacio, and the main train station. My room was both brand-new and decent sized with international channels, hot tub, bath...

The staff here are friendly, the rooms are quiet with great soundproofing, and the location is convenient for the airport.

The breakfast was not expensive. Quiet room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.- Particularly good view of the courtyard.- Very good and courteous staff, perfect service.

The double room had all the basics covered, plus a nice touch with a balcony and a work desk. The staff was helpful and the price was reasonable - exactly what we were looking for! 🌟

It was in a very central setting to popular tourist destinations in Barcelona. Very good staff who were more than helpful and answered our questions.

I quite like the interiors and design. The extended pillow and bed was just too good for the best sleep.
